Step 1 - Set Up Key Accounts
Your Key Accounts are your clients with the greatest opportunity to leverage and grow.
We'll help you get better at identifying and building them over time, but let's start with entering a couple of your largest and best current clients.
If you're a subscriber, in the top menu you'll see "Your Private Members Area" with a drop down. You can go to any one of the menu items, but for simplicity let's go to your Dashboard.
On the Dashboard page you'll see a new menu that includes "Key Accounts" and a drop down to "Create a Key Account".
Follow the prompts to build the basics of your first Key Account.
